“I called a 6 a.m. and the service promptly called me back and said they would put me on the schedule. I called at 10 to see when they were going to come by and they said between 12 and 1 but if I was available they could send someone within 30 minutes. Wayne was a very polite gentlemen and answered all of our questions. He topped off our Freon and did a maintenance check (that we previously paid for). I am always pleased with how fast Cucco's responds and the friendliness of there employees 😀”
