Too many times other companies in the area would easily say after quick review, you need a new unit when the unit they are working on is less than 10 years old. And the unit mfg is rated high to begin with. If your looking for a rare breed, old fashion customer service mentality with common sense and several years of experience, Joe, with JSM is your guy. “We’re so happy we contacted JSM Cooling Solutions to repair our Daikin wall mount unit! Our unit had been leaking and was unusable for a month as we tried to work with another repair shop. So I didn’t know what to expect when we reached out to JSM for repair. When Joseph texted us to respond to our inquiry, I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the unit and he clearly communicated what to expect.
