“5 stars because eventhough i wasnt getting any physical work done, I called to ask a question and get an opnion about an issue I was having and the guy answered with complete honesty and he was very friendly and didnt make me feel as if I was bothering him like other places have, I would definitely use this company in the future if need be.”

Brock was assigned to the project and called the day before to let me know he would arrive first thing in the morning. He called again in the morning to let me know he was on his way. Great communication. He showed up on time and was very professional. I will definitely use them for all my AC maintenance and repair.”

“During Beryl we did not have electricity until Thursday night after the hurricane. When the electricity came back on the A/C did not come back on. I called Pleasant Air Friday morning hoping that we could get it fixed as soon as possible. They told us they would have someone out that day. Brock arrived that afternoon and went right to work. In about 2 hours he had everything fixed. If we have any future problems we will definitely call Pleasant Air first.”
