“We had a new unit installed today by Trinity Air Conditioning, and it was a really great experience. Conrad and Kade did an amazing job. They were kind, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure we understood everything along the way. They worked efficiently, were respectful of our home, and left everything clean and running perfectly before they finished. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right and making sure customers feel comfortable and taken care of. “Conrad came out and assessed the issues with my relatively new system (4 years old installed by another company). We had several issues that he was able to diagnose and replace the parts under warranty. After completion, he checked in with me after hours and followed up the next few days to ensure everything was working properly. Top tier customer service and stood behind his word, which is hard to find in HVAC services these days. We will be using Trinity moving forward and would recommend them to my friends and family.”

“Update: A week later one of our thermostats stopped working and AC stopped so I called Trinity. Derrick came right out & checked it out, turns out it was a plugged drain. He cleared it out & didn’t charge us anything! I called Trinity at 9:40 to get an appointment because our air conditioner wasn’t cooling expecting to have to wait a couple of days but Michael was on his way by 10:40 and figured it out right away. He was very kind and respectful and worked on it a few hours in the heat, had the parts on his truck & had it going right away! Thank you Trinity and Michael!”
