Km Heating And Cooling

Km Heating And Cooling handles HVAC work for homes across Limestone County, Texas. The company focuses on keeping heating and cooling systems in shape through the area's long hot summers and cooler winter stretches, where equipment runs hard to maintain steady indoor temperatures. They take on repair calls and full replacements without extra layers, showing up ready to sort out whatever broke or wore out in local houses. Homeowners in this county often deal with dust, humidity swings, and older setups that need attention to avoid breakdowns during peak heat, and this crew stays geared toward those everyday demands.

They step in for jobs such as attic unit swaps and complete air conditioner plus furnace installs. Josh and his staff handled one attic replacement, making sure the new setup looked clean and operated without issues while keeping the customer updated throughout. Nathan put together estimates quickly and thoroughly for new units, then Wes and Onon carried out the installs, walking through each step and answering questions on the spot. David meets with folks to lay out options while watching the budget, and the team treats the property with care, explaining controls and features once the work finishes so everything runs right from the start.

Homeowners consistently note the crew's clear explanations, respect for the house during jobs, and solid follow-through on fixes or new equipment. They highlight how technicians like Josh stay in touch, how David keeps costs reasonable without cutting corners, and how the installs from Wes, Onon, and others deliver reliable results without repeated visits. That mix of straightforward talk, careful handling, and results on both repairs and replacements builds the track record here. DIRT Score 3.92 from 10 reviews on Finds.
