“Heath was great about finding a time that matched his and my schedules. I was needing a system check and service. No emergency, so I thought. He was prompt and quickly diagnosed the reason the system wasn’t cooling very well. As it turned out my system was frozen that very day. Thawed the system. Checked my evaporator while waiting, also finding the leak. Added coolant and I was up and running. I forgot how well it is supposed to cool. Then Saturday, of the same week, I stopped cooling again. A quick text and Heath was able to be at my house within the hour. Diagnosed a bad capacitor, and again I was up and running within 15 min. Assurance Air is not only a reliable company, but also the kind of care I think is indispensable. Prompt, reliable, great diagnostic technician, and when it matters they will be there for you. Update 5/12/26 Our 14 year old HVAC system made it through another year, but no such luck this summer. I called Heath and he was able to get to my house and find the new problem. We reviewed options of try to repair an aging system, add more refrigerant and take a chance, or replace the system. He had a bid to me that evening, with even the option of a payment plan. The cost of the equipment and install were extremely competitive and reasonable. At that point, we scheduled the install over the phone. Install was yesterday. The Assurance team was at my house right on time. The removal and install all went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was courteous and professional. My house was cooling nicely by the time clean up was finished. Again, Assurance AC has saved the day!”
