Fenix Air Conditioning LLC

Fenix Air Conditioning LLC works out of Litchfield Park, TX and sticks to HVAC jobs that keep houses running right through the year. They started back in 1998 and stay focused on air conditioning and heating systems for homes in the area. Texas weather puts real demands on equipment with long hot stretches that wear out units fast and occasional cold snaps that test heating setups. The crew shows up ready to handle whatever breaks without turning simple fixes into big projects. Local homeowners run into the same issues every season and count on this outfit for direct work that gets systems back online.

They handle heating and cooling repairs when units stop working in the middle of summer or winter along with regular HVAC maintenance to catch problems before they shut things down. Installation of new air conditioning and heating equipment forms another big part of the work along with setting up heat pumps and packaged units when older systems need full replacement. Technicians check thermostats and indoor air quality items during service calls and walk through basic energy ratings so owners understand what their equipment uses. In Litchfield Park the extreme heat means AC compressors and coils take a beating from constant running and dust that builds up quick so crews focus on cleaning and testing those parts to avoid repeat breakdowns.

Homeowners in this part of Texas face high utility bills from nonstop cooling and sudden failures that leave rooms uncomfortable for days so steady performance on repairs and installs matters most. Customers note the crew finishes jobs on time without padding costs or leaving messes and they explain what went wrong in plain terms that make sense. Speed on emergency calls and solid quality on the actual fixes add up to reliable results that hold through another season of heavy use. DIRT Score 4.83 from 89 reviews on Finds.

“Douglas i can't thank you and your guys enough for not only the AC installation, but you guys stayed almost an hour after installation just to make sure everything was good and I had no questions or concerns. I will definitely be referring all my friends to you. Thank you for proving to me there are still honest hard working companies who put their customers 1st.”

“Fenix Air is my go to AC company in the valley and Douglas is the best! Whether it’s a broken fan motor or frion leak, he’s always able to solve our problem. I’ve gotten quite from other AC companies and they never come close to the affordability that Douglas provides. He’s trustworthy, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I’m calling him for all my AC needs from now on.”

“Fenix had great communication from the beginning. I had installed a mini-split and it wasn't working properly. They quickly found a freon leak, fixed it and recharged the system. They were easy to work with, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely call them in the future.”

“I was referred to Doug from a previous customer of his. When I reached out to Doug he was very quick on his replies to help. Once the issues were addressed, he came out to assess our home to make sure everything he had quoted was included. He was very courteous and prompt on all follow ups. Once installation day came, WOW so professional. All areas of flooring/carpet were covered to prevent any scuffs or damage. He has a great team here to help as well and even made sure to give us a walk through on our new thermostats. I would recommend Doug to anyone in need of A/C works!”

“I highly recommend Doug and Fenix Air Conditioning LLC. They traveled all the way across the valley to help me even though it was almost an hour trip each way. Doug was very friendly and professional and took a lot of time explaining my options and then he helped fill out the forms to receive an SRP rebate after my new system was installed. Everyone was considerate and the install was clean and quick. I plan to use them for all my future servicing! Thank you Doug!”

“Doug and his crew are exactly who you are looking for if you want good service, honesty, integrity and not be ripped off. They were efficient with their work time. Started the install of a new York HVAC system at 8 am (as scheduled) and was completely finished and cleaned up by 2:45 pm. The cost was $3500 less than another company’s bid. We are extremely happy and HIGHLY recommend Doug at Fenix Air Conditioning LLC.”
