Airmasters Heating & Air Conditioning

Airmasters Heating & Air Conditioning works out of Little Rock, TX as a straight HVAC outfit handling air conditioning and heating needs for local homes. They cover the full range of cooling and furnace work that keeps places running when the weather shifts hard between summer heat and winter cold snaps. The crew takes on maintenance visits, repairs when units quit, and new installations that match what houses in the area actually need. Homeowners here face long stretches of high humidity and temperature swings that wear down equipment fast, so steady service on these systems makes a real difference in keeping bills down and indoor conditions steady without constant breakdowns.

They run 24 hour emergency calls along with regular AC maintenance to catch issues early, plus full repairs and replacements on heating systems including furnace work. Installation jobs focus on energy efficient setups that qualify for tax credits where possible, and they offer financing options to spread out costs on bigger jobs. The approach stays practical with free estimates upfront so folks know what they are getting into before any work starts. Common fixes involve getting cooling back online during peak summer loads or swapping out old heating parts that fail when temperatures drop, all done with an eye on quick turnaround to avoid long discomfort in the house.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up fast on service calls, does solid work that holds up, and keeps prices reasonable without pushing extras. Communication stays clear from the first contact through completion, and the quality of repairs and installs cuts down on repeat visits. This kind of consistent performance in a trade where timing matters during extreme weather builds the kind of track record that stands out. DIRT Score 4.74 from 1171 reviews on Finds.

“Expert service on my 20 year old system and easy conversation about the installation. Very experienced in many technician areas. Ready to offer upgrade advice with short lead time.”

“The technician found the problem very quickly. He got the breaker reset but said I needed a new breaker for my heat and air. He cannot replace the breaker but marked the breaker that needs replaced and left me a note telling me the exact breaker to buy. So I’m very happy with this service.”

““ He did a great job, spent a lot of time making sure our unit was clean and in good working order. Would highly recommend him as a tech to anyone! ””

“Alex was my tech. He did great. Knowledgeable, professional, and on time. I did have one portion that rubbed me the wrong way, billing! The lady miss calculated and told me a higher price than what Alex gave me. After some questioning and luckily I know a little math, she noticed her mistake and fixed it. Overall I'm satisfied, just have to watch my $$. Especially with this economy.”

“Our furnace wasn't turning on and we thought it was just the thermostat. We replaced batteries, still nothing so we called Airmasters as we have the annual plan. Doug was out before the end of the day and diagnosed a potentially serious issue with the connections box [my words] in our attic to the furnace. He identified it very quickly, and we had an appointment scheduled for the next morning. Ron came out bright and early, took out the fuse box [again my words], replaced it as there had been a loose connection that melted the others, and so we didn't have a working furnace or thermostat. Both Doug and Ron informed us of exactly what was happening so that we understood, and Ron gave a great course in residential electronics that was very much wanted by us. We are really glad we purchase”

“Mekhi was professional and courteous. He came for maintenance and had to do a little troubleshooting. He communicated all issues while working. Thank you.”

“Torrian Woods did a fantastic job and explained it all to me perfectly. He was very friendly and also didn’t take him long at all to know what was wrong. If I need any other service, I hope Torrian Woods will be the one to come out. But hopefully, nothing else will come up where I need it to be fixed. 😊”

“Morgan did an exceptional job with a difficult situation we had going on today. She handled it perfectly with a professional attitude that we greatly appreciated. We were able to get to the right person to get answers. Thank you Morgan!”
