Airmasters Inc.

Airmasters Inc works from Little Rock, Arkansas on HVAC jobs for local homeowners. They focus on air conditioning and heating systems but also cover generator work, electrical tasks and plumbing when those come up with the main trade. The company runs a full service operation that includes maintenance calls and bigger installs around the area. Their setup allows them to respond to needs in the city and nearby spots with straightforward service. Homeowners in this part of Arkansas call on them for both regular upkeep and sudden problems with their systems.

In Little Rock the summers get hot and sticky so air conditioning units run hard and need fixes often for things like compressor trouble or low refrigerant. Airmasters handles AC repairs and installations along with heating maintenance when winter hits and furnaces act up. They offer twenty four hour emergency response for breakdowns at any time and provide free estimates before starting work. Homeowners face issues with older systems that lose efficiency or break during peak use so the company does replacement jobs too including furnace changes. They also manage energy efficient upgrades that might qualify for tax credits and work on related electrical connections for the equipment. Common jobs include routine tune ups to keep things running smooth through the season and full system installs for new construction or remodels.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done without dragging on and the results hold up over time. They note that pricing stays reasonable for the level of service and that the crew explains options clearly before any decisions get made. In a trade where timing matters during heat waves or cold fronts the response comes fast and the fixes last. This steady performance across many calls builds the kind of reputation that shows in the numbers. The team shows up prepared and handles the details that matter to keep homes comfortable year round. Feedback points to reliable communication from start to finish on every project they take on. DIRT Score 4.63 from 78 reviews on Finds.

“Mr. Doug was amazing. Very easy to talk to, explains everything in detail, and was just an amazing person to have work on my AC. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of your AC repair from Airmasters.”

“Tory is an excellent technician, very careful in his work. He serviced our generator today, and we have full confidence in his work. He’s a technician that we are glad to have work on our HVAC equipment. Tory came to our house again today because our AC was out of order. Not good here at the beginning of hot weather season. At any rate, he quickly found and fixed the problem. He is knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, and a credit to his profession. I will happily take Tory any time he is available. How often do you have 2 excellent HVAC technicians to care for your system within a 10 day span. Tory fixed a problem last week and Jay did our summer ready AC today. Jay was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and thorough. They are truly “masters” of their craft and I am grateful”

“After purchasing a $10,000 ac unit a couple of years ago a Tech was sent out and caused more problems, then the manager backed him by having his secretary lying constantly about getting back with me. This company is dishonest! I wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!”
