Americas Choice Heat and Air Services

Americas Choice Heat and Air Services works out of Little Rock, TX as a straight HVAC outfit handling furnace and air conditioning jobs across the south. They stick to the basics of keeping systems running in a region where summer heat builds fast and winter brings sudden cold fronts that test older units. The company takes service calls during regular daytime hours from Monday through Saturday and focuses on regional work that matches what local homes actually need. Homeowners reach them when equipment fails without warning or when routine checks show wear from constant use in Texas conditions.

In Little Rock the summers run long and humid so air conditioning breakdowns happen often with compressors straining under the load or coils clogging from dust and pollen. Their technicians handle furnace repairs when cold fronts arrive and units refuse to start plus full air conditioning service that includes checking refrigerant levels and replacing worn parts before total failure. They schedule jobs to fit around daily routines and keep trucks stocked for common fixes like thermostat replacements or duct adjustments that stop uneven cooling in older houses. This approach cuts down on repeat visits because the crew finishes the job right the first time rather than leaving loose ends that show up later in the season.

Customers note the crew shows up when promised and explains issues in plain terms without pushing extra work. Reviews highlight solid quality on repairs that hold through peak heat plus pricing that stays reasonable compared to bigger outfits. Communication stays clear from the first call through completion and speed matters when a home hits triple digits outside. DIRT Score 4.74 from 55 reviews on Finds.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about America’s Choice Heat & Air Services! Our AC went out unexpectedly, and after calling around all day, we finally reached Steve as what would have been his last call of the day. Even though he was about to head home, he chose to take our call anyway, and I’m so thankful he did. From the time I called until he arrived, diagnosed the problem, and had our AC back up and running was only about an hour. That level of responsiveness is almost unheard of, especially during the busy summer season. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything so we understood what was going on. He made what started as a very stressful situation completely painless. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about helping people the”

“Americas Choice Heat and Air Services did a great job! They were professional, communicated well throughout the process, and were honest and trustworthy. The quality of their work was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing heating and air services.”

“I don’t know what took me so long to get this company out to my house. Several years ago I had another Heating & Air Company to come out and take a look at what was going on at my house and suggested so many different things that I got discouraged. But when I contacted Steve Moore with America’s choice, it took him less than an hour and a half to fix my problems. And it cost me a fraction of the cost of what the other Company charged me. They are the ones to call if you need a reliable Heating & Air Company!”

“Mr Stevee Moore came out and fixed my heat. It was freezing cold snow on the ground and he pulled up quickly and got my heat back rolling in no time. He is a professional and I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Thanks again.”

“Few other HVAC companies were booked. I needed someone to evaluate my freon in unit. I called Steve from a recommendation from a mutual friend. He was finishing up a job and said he would come by. He was prompt and explained everything step by step. It was a sauna yesterday now this morning, it's winter wonderland. He indicated he would go a step further to evaluate airflow in attic and seal any duct leaks at a scheduled date. I recommend him to anyone who needs an A/C service. 1000 stars”

“Every week I meal prep, and this past Sunday I mentioned it was hot in the kitchen so we turned the AC down. A few hours later it completely shut off and wouldn’t come back on. Two sweaty nights, a loud fan, and a missed work alarm later, Steve from Americas Choice Heat & Air showed up in the morning and fixed it on the spot. The system has been running perfectly since (like a breeze, get it? 😉). Reliable, responsive, and honest. Highly recommend Americas Choice Heat and Air Services!”
