BR McGinty Plumbing, Heating & Air

BR McGinty Plumbing, Heating & Air works out of Little Rock handling HVAC needs for houses throughout the area. They step in when heating or cooling systems act up and take care of the full range of jobs from spotting the cause of trouble to getting units back online or swapping them out for new ones. Local homes face long stretches of heavy summer heat mixed with winter cold snaps that push equipment hard every year. That kind of weather makes reliable HVAC service a regular requirement rather than an occasional one and this outfit stays ready for those demands without extra layers of delay.

They carry out AC repair and replacement work along with furnace fixes when the heating side fails during colder months. Preventive maintenance plans form a big part of what they offer so systems run longer between problems and monthly bills stay lower through better efficiency. Installation jobs cover putting in complete new setups that match the house size and layout. Annual service agreements come with priority scheduling to cut wait times when breakdowns hit at the worst moments. Crews handle the usual issues like weak airflow or units that short cycle by checking connections, replacing worn parts, and testing the whole system before they leave the property.

Homeowners in the area note that jobs finish on time with clear explanations of the work done and no surprises on the final bill. The quality holds up after the crew departs so repeat calls stay rare and the overall cost lines up with what gets completed. Quick response when the temperature swings hard outside earns steady comments from people who have dealt with other outfits that drag their feet. DIRT Score 4.85 from 1093 reviews on Finds.

“The technician was here about 15 minutes. He washed out the unit and made a repair to the motor “cap”. I felt like he didn’t check much. I asked about an electrical line which has all the insulation stripped off. He said he didn’t have anything on the truck to fix that. I should buy a 3/4”armaflex and for””fix it myself. I am a 68 year old woman not in great shape but I said ok. When I went to Home Depot today and purchased the item I got home and it doesn’t fit. I feel a bit aggravated. For that reason I feel I paid too much although the price would have been rated as okay had HE repaired the Insulation for me or had he given me the proper size.”

“It was late night on a Thursday when my AC decided to stop working - after reading some reviews I used the online form to book BR McGinty. They were able to come out Friday, but due to my schedule I had to wait until Monday (the point being that they are super efficient and quick to help). The technician let me know that my ancient AC unit was rusted to death and recommended to replace it rather than going through frequent repairs, which was about what I had expected. I was surprised when I got a call the next day already letting me know they could replace the unit then! The installation team was efficient and thorough. The new unit is working beautifully! Everyone I interacted with from the initial technician to the installation team was friendly and professional. I would definitely use B”

“The technician arrived quickly and was friendly and efficient. He checked and cleaned the outside unit and showed me pictures of before and after. He explained that the problem was the dryer exhaust is located very close to the coils, and to keep an eye on them. Great service, quick but thorough!”

“Our air unit went out. It was an older unit. We actually had another company come out at first but we wanted a second opinion from BR Mcginty. BR McGinty came out quick. The tech was super helpful and explained why we needed a new unit better than the first company we called. Br mcginty gave us great reasonable price options. We were able to get them to come back out within a few days to replace our unit. They replaced our inside and outside unit. Very professional. Price was reasonable. Great service!”
