Had a confirmed appointment from them through there office manager. 5 minutes later get a text about her contacting my father who lives at the other home covered by warranty he didn't know about the claim I correctly filed and paid for. So wouldn't you know Cabot Mechanical cancels my appointment. Oh and the secretary basically tells me its my problem to contact the warranty company even though its was an unnecessary cancelation on their end! Highly do not recommend these people!
