“We had been using HVAC service from another well known company but were not pleased with the work. We had experience with DASH through another organization and chose to change providers. We had three systems of varying ages that needed attention. After a very thorough evaluation of our equipment and needs we proceeded with replacement of two systems and service on the third. “If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. Less than a year ago I paid them over $20k to install a could brand new AC units. They never at the time told me there was anything else that needed to be done. Since then the system isn’t cooling enough and the apartment is HOT. They insisted that there is nothing wrong with the unit. I had a second opinion done and that company said that the system they put it needs a bigger intake than what I have. So of course I call DASH and explain this to them that it is their obligation when they installed the new system that in order for it to run at its full capacity I needed a bigger intake - which their tech AND the manager agreed to. For the first time I was in need of a repair call (thermostat not functioning) and the experience was wonderful. As a loyalty member, they move you to the front of the line…immediately scheduling a service call for the same day. The technician came after hours (Mason), completed a Very thorough assessment to diagnose and repair the problem, even researching the warranty from the install of the unit.
