It was at this time he discovered the unit had been wired wrong and I had been running at 50% efficiency for almost 2 years. I was amazed and within 30 minutes he had the unit wired correctly and could not believe the difference in the temperature inside the home. There’s absolutely no doubt David was committed and invested in his job which seems to be rare so often these days”
