“Within 2 hours of discovering my A/C was broke Middleton H&A had arrived and had it fixed. Can't beat that with a stick. The tech (Cody White) was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He even pretended to laugh at my jokes which is a big plus coming from a senior citizen. I really like that they text the name and picture of the tech once he's dispatched. From what I gathered the price for the repair was reasonable so it's not like I got taken to the cleaners. The only issue I have is I haven't received a detailed receipt that was supposed to be emailed. Hopefully it will arrive soon. I recommend Middleton and highly recommend Cody as the Tech.”

“The technician arrived at the time promised . William was extremely courteous and friendly. He went about his work proficiently inspecting and cleaning my units. There was a minor correction that was needed to one unit that did not require a part replacement that he made. He made that correction and showed me a picture of before and after., which I appreciated. Fantastic service.”

“The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. However, I was disappointed to learn that Middleton does not waive the diagnostic/service call fee. You pay that fee on top of the repair costs, whereas many other companies apply or waive that fee if you proceed with the repair. If I had known that in advance, I would have gone with another company.”

“I called because my central air conditioner wasn’t kicking on on a regular basis. The day before, when I had called to schedule my appointment, it stayed off for over an hour before finally starting. The guy who came out was kind and courteous, but he didn’t fix my problem. In fact my unit hasn’t came on since he left. I was charged $408 and didn’t even get a receipt. It doesn’t seem right that I’d be charged and the problem I called about wasn’t fixed and I’m charged over $400. Pretty bad way to do business if you ask me and I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know all about it. UPDATE: Middleton sent out a different tech and he got everything fixed and I am now a happy customer again.”

“Middleton got my call at 10am on a Wednesday and had someone to my house by noon. Roland, my technician, was extremely helpful, professional, and he had the unit working within an hour even though he had to order parts to create a permanent fix. The unit was repaired by 10am on Friday, and Middleton went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the results. We absolutely are, and we are using Middleton for any other HVAC issue in the future! THis is a great company with great people, and I am extremely pleased with how this turned out!
