“Wade was super nice, and it turns out as fellow programmers we had a lot in common. He came out and resolved our AC problem really fast. Very reasonable cost, and he also doesn't charge extra for weekend emergency calls, which is a blessing. We're sitting here in our 71 degree home and loving it. Call Wade and he'll get you fixed up.”

Two places didn’t have availability until over a week later. Two other ones made you use this stupid automated system that didn’t understand anything. I did get one booked for Tuesday just in case, but I have a colonoscopy that day. I next called Moore Affordable Heat & Air. He immediately answered and was in my area. During the January ice storm of 2026, our heater drain valve froze up (despite another HVAC company assuring us that they had done everything possible to prevent this). Wade was able to come out and de-ice our heater and further insulate the unit so that even in subfreezing temps, our heater hasn't frozen up again! Very friendly and reasonably priced on top of all of that. Will DEFNITELY be switching to this company for my HVAC needs moving forward.”

“Yall it was 9:30 on a Sunday night when we realized our AC wasn't keeping up. We called this company's 24/7 number and Wade was incredibly prompt! Like shockingly. He was in our driveway within 20 minutes and I can't believe I'm saying this but we arent sleeping in a hot house tonight! He had our AC blowing cold in less than 30 minutes. Didn't charge us some crazy after hours fee, totally doable! Super nice and personable!! Seriously can't sing enough praises for him and the type of business he runs! “Heat pump went out. Another local company came out and quoted the most absurd price for the repair. Called Moore and he showed up as soon as possible and verified that was the proper repair. He was very concerned with trying to determine if it could be repaired under warranty which was very nice. He didn't have to do all that extra research. It was not covered unfortunately. However the repair was completed on schedule and almost HALF of what the other company quoted. Unit is working great!”
