RILEY HAYS ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION, LLC

Riley Hays Roofing & Construction, LLC handles HVAC work for homeowners and businesses around Little Rock, TX. The company focuses on keeping heating and cooling systems in good shape through the long hot summers and occasional cold snaps that hit central Texas. Local properties often deal with heavy use of air conditioning units that run nonstop for months, along with the dust and humidity that can wear down equipment faster than in milder climates. Crews respond to calls for routine checks and sudden breakdowns that leave families without cool air during peak heat.

Common jobs include full system replacements when older units fail to keep up, duct repairs to fix leaks that drive up energy bills, and seasonal tune ups to clear coils and change filters before summer hits full force. Technicians also handle thermostat upgrades and ventilation improvements in homes where poor airflow makes rooms uneven. In Little Rock, TX many calls come from older houses with outdated setups that struggle against the Texas sun, so crews often spend time matching new equipment to existing home layouts without major rewiring. They work directly with property owners to explain options and schedule around daily routines rather than pushing unnecessary add ons.

Customers give strong marks for quick response times when units go down, solid workmanship on installs and fixes, fair pricing that stays close to initial quotes, and clear updates throughout each job. These patterns across hundreds of reviews show consistent attention to practical results over flash. Homeowners in the area note reliable service that matches the demands of local weather and housing stock. DIRT Score 4.64 from 235 reviews on Finds.

“I had the best experience with Riley Hays Roofing and construction . It began with Jared Riley meeting me at my Aunts house to look at the roof. He was personable and informative. He encouraged me to contact the insurance company to find out if they would contribute to replacing the roof. They were thorough, efficient, cleaned up after themselves well. They also sent pictures of the finished product. I highly recommend using this company!!!”

“We had some leakage around our whirly bird and sewer vents. A representative came out the next morning and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Workers came within a couple of days and did a great job of putting a rain barrier down, new shingles in the area and caulking. It looks like really nice work! Very satisfied!”

“Jorge and the Riley Hays team provide a level of care and quality that is rare. I had a time-sensitive situation with insurance requiring a full roof replacement. They were quick to respond, highly communicative, and detail-oriented throughout the process. The crew was efficient, respectful, and thorough—the finished roof looks great, and the quality of both the materials and workmanship really shows. They also provided a detailed estimate, clear contract, and all the documentation needed for insurance. Jorge was phenomenal. He took the time to understand my situation and walked me through every step—materials, process, timeline, potential obstacles, and costs—explaining both the how and the why in a way that was clear and reassuring. It genuinely felt like he was there to help me make t”

“Riley Roofing did an excellent job!! They were quick to get out the quote so we can make a decision on who to use. Their quote was very thorough and gave us a lot of confidence when we selected them. We were not disappointed. Their quality of work was Amazing.I highly recommend them.”

“I was very impressed with the responsiveness of everyone involved with this process. We needed a new roof installed on a 6,000 square foot flat roofed office building. I called on a Monday morning early, and by 12 noon Anthony Tippin, project Manager, had arrived to start estimate. Received quote by end of day. Work started about 10 days later with delivery of materials. Over three days a crew of six took off old roof, installed plywood decking, followed by rigid foam insulation, roof top ventilators, and white membrane cover. I think Anthony and crew went above and beyond to insure we have a new roof that will keep us in the dry for many, many years. They cleaned up very thoroughly and even patched some places in the asphalt driveway damaged by wheels of dumpsters. We are completely sati”
