“I had a very upsetting visit from Harrington A/C Company on 6/29 to service my air conditioner. First, I want to say that they installed my new unit 2 years ago. At first, I did their 2 visits for a year for $200, then last year I decided to just do one visit because it was a brand new unit. They do push the $200 program. Anyways, my unit stopped cooling on Sunday 6/28 late afernoon, so I waited to call them on Monday because of the charge for emergency weekend visit. Justin was the tech that came out he was very professional and very nice. He told me it was the back flow was filled with water and drain needed cleaned out. That was good news or at least I thought it was until he told me it was going to cost me $501.00!!!! That's correct folks, I couldn't believe it but had no choose because of the extreme tempertures.than to have it done right then. I was told I would be charged $89 for the diagonious to see what was wrong, which was fine BUT $412 to clean the drain!! Can anyone please recommend a professional and honest air conditioner company please? I will not be calling Harrington again. Oh, by the way the ladies that use to take your calls have been replaced by a robot "Oliver" so maybe he has caused their services to be ridiclious....lol”

“I am the ex-wife of a VP HVAC man , our company had 80 employees and was well respected . In saying that, I would like to tell you that . Harrington Air Conditioning is one of the best, most professional, respectful, and caring team I have ever seen right next to ours. We had a complete new heating and air conditioning system replaced. No lying, no hidden fees, I didn’t have to hunt down the employees to find out where they were at. They did their job. They were quiet, they were in and out, they were clean. They cleaned up after they were finished and the job was simply amazing. My crew consisted of “Big” Jake, R&R ( Ralph and Ruben) and Trace who was the start up man. Simply amazing people I cannot brag enough about this company! I was completely informed and had everything programmed into my phone before Trace left. Thank You Harrington Air for making my life so easy today! I would like to remind everyone that no matter where you go… there is now TWO 6% tariffs on HVAC … so when you consider that… price was reasonable and fair!”

“We had to schedule an emergency appointment when our AC went down. The technician came out the same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Adam (AJ) did a great job and was very kind. We were pleased with the service that was provided and plan to continue doing business with Harrington Air Conditioning.”

“Want to say that the technication , Trace was very polite and professional. He went the complete system checking everything and explained a lot to me. Very knowledgeable on the ac systems. The AC issues working like it suppose to. Very honest and open company. Will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends. Probable will sign up for their annual service contract. “Harrington installed Daikon 3 ton AC 16 months ago and it is under warrantee. Last week the system stopped cooling. On Wednesday May 6 Harrington technician found out that condenser is not working because there was no fridgerant in the condensor. The leak detector was indicating a leak but the technician could not locate it. Manager David advised him over the phone that probably caps were lose and that he should add fridgerant. Technician left after 5 hours but the reason for leakage was not identified as on following Friday May 8 (yesterday) the condenser stopped working again and we had 90 F in bedroom. I called customer service to send technician the following day which was Saturday. The technician just called that he is on his way and that I have to pay $200 for weekend. I told him the issue was not fixed 2 days ago and I will not pay $200. He turned around without coming to fix the problem and I got a text from Harrington thanking me for trusting them and asking for an review. Incredible!!! If the heat impacts my 84 year old husband health condition, Harrington will be responsible.”
