What Customers Say
“Horrible customer service. Purchased our system a few years ago and our condenser stopped working suddenly. Informed me that they are all booked up and cannot help us until late Monday. Nice supposed to be down in the 40s this weekend so I guess that means a cold house for me and my animals. Way to go! Appreciate you not helping and will NEVER recommend you in the future.”
“Stephanie and the team at Wayne's Air were very responsive in assessing our problem and got an estimate to us very quickly. If you're considering a Carrier unit, I highly recommend getting in touch with Stephanie Wayne's Air.”
“Wayne's Air has earned my highest recommendation for their prompt response for service anytime day or night and on the weekends. They have repaired several significant cooling system issues for me at a moment's notice. The importance of reliable air conditioning to survive the intense Texas heat is well known to Wayne's. They arrive to a hero's welcome from my guests and make sure the problem is fixed right. They will not disappoint you!”
“I almost never leave a bad review, but this is over-the-top. Had a system that quit cooling in one day. Saw Wayne's truck sitting literally 2 miles from my house. Told them the issue, and that I had the same issue, a year prior. Said it was probably low on Freon (actually 410A).. I was running a 20 minute errand, and tech as gone before I got back. Said it took 5.1/2 lbs of refrigerant, and that it would have been a "bad leak. I questioned what he told me, as there had been a $299 bill literally a year before, from a different company. I have a DIFFERENT company come out the following week to find the supposedly "bad leak". They found NO leak. When I reminded them they had been there literally the prior year, and told me it was a very slow leak, they said there was "no way" it could have taken 5.5 lbs of refrigerant - especially since they found zero evidence of leak with a very sophisticate leak detector (checking the coil in the attic, as well as the outside condenser coils). Wayne's also made zero mention of any "holiday weekend upcharge" (I asked the guy when I talked to him on the side of the road). Normally a service call from anyone is $80-100 (the other company charged an $80 service call fee). I don't like being hoodwinked (I am in the commercial construction biz). $712 for the exact thing done 12 months prior for $299.00.”
“Jeremy came out and fix my a/c concerns. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Wayne Air needs more employees like him. If i have any more issues I would highly request him. Again thank you Jeremy!”
