“I contacted them in April to fix duct work. They did an inspection and stated they would send an estimate later. I didn’t hear anything after 2 weeks so I called and they said it would be around $800. I said let’s do it, and they told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could come by which was fine. I followed up at 2 weeks to see if it would be that week or the next. They said next week. I called the next week to find out which day so I could take off work, they said the next week. This went on through June after which point I gave up calling. In July my wife saw their van in our sub, so we were hoping they were coming to our house, but he went to a new construction in our sub and never stopped by or called 😂 Then out of the blue, 5 months later in September, I get a call that I owe $90 for the inspection. That was the first call I received from them since they did the inspection. I honestly believe the only time they called me during this whole ordeal was to collect payment for the inspection. I called to set up the inspection, to receive the estimate and at least 5 times to see when they were coming out, only to receive a call 5 months later to pay for an inspection and no repairs done.”

Trane said it would be two weeks to get a new coil in, but Mr. Brown worked hard to get one in by the next morning. His guys were out early the next morning to install it and did a great job.
