“The worst competency and attitude in recent memory. Purchased a whole house Santa Fe dehumidifier along with a full HVAC system. The dehumidifier wasn’t operating and when asked why a humidistat wasn’t connected Nicks answer was that it had an internal humidistat factory set for 55%. We called the manufacturer and low and behold that model does NOT have an internal humidistat. We were also told when our HVAC system wasn’t operating and we had already paid in full and demanded he come look at our system that “ you’re not that important”.and that we should be patient. Never in our lives have we seen such incompetency from a sub contractor. Ill prepared and the HVAC system still does not run correctly. They forgot to install a transformer in a two zone system so the air handler would not operate correctly . They installed the drain line higher than the float so the system shut down by default. The list goes on and on. They have one nice young man who is honestly bright but has less than a year experience right out of high school. No oversight by Nick and the only time he showed up was when we complained and there were problems. He does not have any capable personnel and buyer beware. You’ve been warned. Oh and don’t take a “Chance” he has no idea what he’s doing unless you want your supply and return registered screwed in with an impact gun. 🙄”

“Top Shelf AC company. We purchased a warehouse that had been sitting for several years. Almighty HVAC had the place ready to go straight away. Then, we had need for an install on top of a mountain, and they had that done without issue. Then we had an air return that needed to be relocated in our home, and Almighty can through for us again! They occupy the top floor of the attached photo in Llano. You might also ask about Nic and Shae (owners) about being high school sweethearts (wink wink nudge nudge)!”

The two techs were absolutely courteous and kind, required minimum instruction and completed the work promptly and for less money than expected! This was an excellent and surprisingly painless service call and I will gladly call Almighty services for their other work whenever I can. Full five stars and pleasant dealings!
