“I’m very very pleased with the services I received from Summit. Paul was wonderful and helpful with choosing a new AC system. He even answered my texts later in the evenings when I had a couple more questions prior to the install. Yoni and Ben installed my new condenser and heat pump, as well as repairing some duct work in my attic. They also added insulation in my attic which was almost non-existent. Everyone was so kind and professional to me (and to my dogs!). I appreciate everyone so much! THANK YOU!”

“Experience was brief, opened the HVAC unit and check components. There was not a PMCS sheet that he went by or given to the customer saying he checked. No accountability. There is not an app to schedule appointments or to track when next service is. I asked him to check the new vents that were installed and ignored breaks in the insulation or parts where the fiberglass was exposed. My unit sometime trips the breaker. The tech did not invest time or energy to investigate or provide answer at later time. My units are new installed units. Also I asked if the flex hose was duct taped and zipped tied to vent and it was false. Only zip tied to the plenum and the vent. Unhappy”
