“I chose to call this company because of its great reviews, and the technician was excellent. Unfortunately, the dispatch experience was the complete opposite. I left three messages before finally getting a response. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I simply needed to know whether the work could be completed that day so I could decide if I needed to take my pregnant wife to a hotel. When I finally received an answer, I was told the parts weren’t available. However, those parts are readily available through multiple local suppliers, which made the explanation even more frustrating. I manage a large dispatch team and call center myself, and I know how important communication is. Even if the answer is “not today,” customers deserve a timely update. Poor communication like this costs businesses and damages their reputation. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job. Unfortunately, the dispatch experience overshadowed what could have been an excellent experience.”

“We had our sewer backing up into our shower on a Friday afternoon and called Alco Air. They sent Kenneth Johnson to assess the issue, and he was absolutely fabulous — prompt, courteous, and thorough in explaining everything he was doing. He was able to put a temporary fix in place and let us know he would return Monday to complete the repair. Monday morning, Kenneth and Nick Combs arrived right on time and handled the repair quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of our property, even though we weren’t home at the time. Their professionalism and care were truly appreciated. Thank you Alco Air”

He assessed everything quickly, explained our options so that we really understood and his repair and maintenance work was quick to get us cool air flowing again. “I can recommend enough. I called to have come look at our old air conditioner it was on its last leg. They came on a Friday and I had an appointment on Monday to replace and up grade to heat pump. I’m not old but not spring chicken either. I had a little difficulty. With a vent they came back on Tuesday to fix. Tuesday night it got very hot in the house and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. The controls look like I could launch a rocket. So I called Wednesday morning and Danny came back out that afternoon made sure everything was working properly. Couldn’t be more thankful for such awesome honest group of people. I’m sure the ladies answering my calls when they saw my number were afraid I was going to call every day.”

“Alco Air has always been very reliable and efficient. They are knowledgeable and explain things in understandable terms so that we can make the best decision for our needs. They check to see if our repairs are under warranty before talking about costs. We appreciate their punctuality since we both work during the day and cannot take off extended periods of time to wait hours for someone to show up. Jeanie and the rest of the staff are always extremely nice and helpful.”
