“Not sure if I’ve chosen the right company for my a c needs. When you installed my new a c, it wasn’t installed properly. Your techs had to come out and pull the inside unit out and remove a brace or bracket that was causing it to no seat properly. Then last inspection apparently a nut wasn’t secured properly causing a Freon leak which, of course, required more Freon. Then today, your tech said I had a Freon leak that was going to cost me around $500, in labor to repair. He then said the air flow wasn’t properly working and set it to a higher volume. Said that may have mimicked a leak. I may have to look for another provider given the quality of work your company provides. That’s my review!”
