“To date the system has not performed as expected, when installed they failed to check their work and left a very important part of the system without repair, causing the system without a return to be able to recycle the air out of the house, it cost us a lot of energy waste and very high bills. The owner is great on placing blame at us the customers and making excuses even blaming the weather, he is supposed to know what he is doing, he recommended what we needed, but he failed in so many ways. To make matters worst, he even had the nerve to recommend a second unit for upstairs. We won’t use them again. We are stuck now with an unreliable system that is costing us thousands of dollars just to keep the house either cool, or warm.”
