“This is my second time using Ben Maines. The first was a warranty issue and purchase of another Smart thermostat. This visit was for a repair of a copper line that occurred when the roofing company punctured a hole in it while installing a new roof. Daniel came out initially and assessed the problem. He came back a few days later with Jacob, his assistant. The time estimated to complete the job was a little shorter than anticipated. The price estimated was also a little less than estimated. I can attest that Ben Maines has always employed excellent employees. Very professional, courteous and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Exceptional experience again this time from employees Daniel and Jacob. Thank you!!”
