“The owner, David, is almost always onsite, doing something to improve his maxi storage facility. Any issues and he is all over it. The maxi storage units are only about a year old, so I'm happy to have a nice warehouse to work out of, with no leaks. And the 18 wheeler trucks I receive weekly can easily maneuver around with no trouble at all. There is 100 feet between the front of my building and the one across the way from me.”
