“We had our routine maintenance service visit with our usual service tech,Tyler. He is AWESOME! He found a slow leak in one of our older AC units and per my request, arranged for a salesman to contact me about replacing the unit (it's 20+ years old). That same day I was contacted by Jesus Estrella and I made an appointment for him to evaluate our system the following day. What I really appreciated was how quickly he was available to meet with me AND since he has worked as a service tech, he had valuable insight regarding which units work well with fewer breakdowns and trouble calls. That same day he provided me with a turn-key estimate to replace the trouble unit but also to replace another unit that is the same age and would likely need replacing sooner than later. In one weeks time the units were ordered, arrived and were available to be installed. Today they notified me when they were en route. 4 amazing techs AND Jesus showed up and did a FABULOUS job. Jesus stayed on site and worked hard along with the techs. Everything was taken care of thoroughly AND promptly. They communicated with me frequently during the installation. They respected my home and did not make a mess. They did clean up after they were done and you couldn't even tell that I had two LARGE units completely replaced (one upstairs and one downstairs including attic work). After the techs were done, Jesus stayed afterwards to make sure everything was working perfectly and helped set up our new digital thermostats and get everything connected through the app. Once again, ETR, and everyone I have dealt with, has gone above and beyond to ensure the job is not only done, but done well and their customer service is top notch!
