“I contacted this company for a standard maintenance and they said $159 for cleaning the tray, full flush & cleaning the coils and sticking a chlorine tab in the tray & they wanted my credit card to charge even b4 setting foot onto my property * when I questioned a little deeper asking about the charges & if it would be itemized, they became flippant and condescending & asked me what I thought what other companies would charge. You can say your "maams" all up & down but in the end rude is rude. I found a company that would do 2 maintenance jobs for $250 for a yr (every 6 months), no maams all over the place to deflect from being jerks just straight decency and nice. Peace.”
