“We bought a washer, dryer, and fridge. Washer makes a loud screeching sound during cycle, dryer does not spin and smells burnt, and the fridge came with a dead mouse stuck in the fan at the bottom rear. We are still under 30-day warranty…let’s see if they honor it. I’ll be returning tomorrow.”

“I purchased a washer from Fussells a few months ago.. and have used it a total of four times.. and now it's stopped spinning out.. and upon calling them to ask them if they do repairs the first thing they tell me is the warranty only covers 30 days. I'm on a very limited income because of being disabled . I spent $200 on the washing machine and for me that's a lot of money. How is it they can get away with ripping people off like this?”

“🚚🚚 💨 If you have a 53-foot commercial truck and you have to make a delivery here, I recommend that you do not come here unless you want to damage your truck or have another car crash into your truck. You have to enter from the blind side, and to top it off, there is not enough space, you have to climb on top of the sidewalk. Be careful not to come here, this place is not for 53-foot trucks.”

“This rip off deserves a -1! They sold my brother a refrigerator that stopped working literally after the 30 day warranty went out. They told him one price and went up on the price when it was time for him to pick it up. They are ripping folks off and leaching off people with no to low credit. The prices might be “right” but the appliances are NOT!!! Please do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this place. It’s a RIP OFF!!!”
