About

Mark Alvin Eubank runs an HVAC operation out of Longview, Texas, right at 604 Ruthlynn Drive. He focuses on heating and cooling work for homes in the area, handling everything from routine maintenance to bigger system fixes. The business keeps standard hours from Monday through Saturday, eight in the morning until six at night, so locals know when they can reach someone. No fancy extras or long history details show up in the records, just a straightforward setup serving East Texas homeowners who need reliable temperature control through the seasons.

In Longview the summers hit hard with heat and humidity that push air conditioners to their limit, so Mark Alvin Eubank handles installs of new units, repairs on compressors and coils, duct cleaning, and furnace tune-ups before winter sets in. Crews show up to diagnose why a system is short cycling or blowing warm air, then replace parts or recharge refrigerant on the spot. Homeowners in the area often call for quick checks on older equipment that struggles during peak heat, or for full replacements when a unit fails after years of heavy use. The work stays practical, matching the demands of Texas weather without extra steps.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, explains the problem in plain terms, and gets the system running right without padding the bill. Reviews highlight fast response on emergency calls, solid workmanship that lasts, and fair pricing that beats bigger outfits. Communication stays clear from the first phone call through the final walkthrough. DIRT Score 4.79 from 62 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Such an emotional and personal time for us, and not quite knowing where nor how to turn. Upon arriving at The Cammack Family, we were warmly received to discuss our loved ones Celebration of Life and funeral preparations. The staff were very sensitive and attentive to our requests, guiding us, and offering wonderful suggestions to enhance the occasion. It was perfect! Very professional, well-organized, and proficient, our experience with Cammack will be most memorable. Thank-you for providing us with strength, guidance, and support at a time that was emotionally difficult.

We encountered several significant issues concerning the funeral arrangements. A family member attempting to send flowers was informed that the deceased was not present at the facility. It was subsequently discovered that the service had not been scheduled, despite multiple out-of-state family members having made arrangements to attend on the scheduled date. Consequently, our family was compelled to arrange an alternative funeral within 20 hours with a different funeral home. We were informed that the issues stemmed from liability and permit concerns, which proved to be inaccurate. They did not fulfill their obligations. We experienced no such issues with the alternative funeral home. This experience warrants the lowest possible rating. Furthermore, even after the transfer of remains, an additional administrative fee of $1500 was charged to my sister. This charge is particularly concerning given the distress caused to their family, including her heavily pregnant daughter and surviving children. The overall experience was profoundly unsatisfactory. They charged this family over $3320. We get the embalming fee of $1295, but what else did they do besides cause more stress? They didn't provide any services other than embalming. We didn't even ask for this place; the county called them because he passed away suddenly at home. It's so sad to see a company take advantage of a family during such a tough time. DON'T USE THIS PLACE.

Blake was great. Sadly my husband was here to plan his funeral but Blake listened and understood everything he wanted. It was above and beyond and truly a "life celebration". It brought all of his precious memories to light and became a healing experience for our family during this difficult time. It was beautiful from start to finish.

I couldnt be more pleased the way the funeral turned out. It was better than I expected. The staff was very professional and caring. Blake and staff were excellent. I highly recommend The Cammack Family for all your funeral arrangements.

Cammack Family Welch's Funeral home and Tony Aguilar gave our brother Cullen Hill the "Grandest" exit into heaven! I cannot express into words the amount of love, kindness and extreme amount of compassion they showed us. Tony was so great and very comforting to our family. Tony made sure we had everything we needed and really blew all of us away with all of the individual memories that really described my brother to a tee. Thank you for celebrating his life is such a way, Cullen will be missed... but you all made that easier for us all. Thank you in the fullest, Minnette Caldwell
