“We just built a new home in the Hallsville, Texas area. Our builder recommended Matt for the HVAC, garage door, and fireplace installations. This turned out to be the worst mistake we made during our building process. We spent over $31,000 with this man, and none of the three things he installed for us worked correctly. We had to pay additional contractors to fix the mistakes made by Matt. As if building a home isn’t hard enough, he made it ten times more difficult by requiring us to beg and plead with him to come back out and finish his work. He continuously blamed other trades and contractors every single time there was an issue with his work. He even stooped so low as to blame us, the homeowners, when both of our brand new HVAC units weren’t working correctly, even before he ran a diagnosis. He was extremely combative every time we experienced an issue instead of fixing it. As with any build, there will be issues arise and we communicated and worked with countless contractors to resolve the issues. I am thankful we didn’t have this experience with any other contractor during our building process. Do yourself a favor and choose another HVAC, fireplace and garage door installer.”
