“Chris was out to look at my AC in 10min after I called. He fixed the issue in less than hour. Replaced Capacitor, rinsed the coils, checked the temps inside. Great service and pricing. Will use again.”

“Our original A/C unit on our home was going out. He set up a time to come out the day after I called him, which was great because everywhere else I called was at least 3-4 days out. He actually called me back that afternoon and said he had time to come diagnose it that same day, which was great! Due to the age of the unit and the issue, to refresh the lines and cost of freon was going to be about a third of the cost of a new unit. Larry was very upfront with all our options and allowed me to make the decision on my own, zero pressure. We decided to upgrade. He placed the order for our new unit, told me it would take less than a day to get it from Iowa City and then the next day could get it installed. He rushed us to the top of his service list because in his own words "we prioritize our customers when they are without. You need to be comfortable". THAT is going above and beyond in my book. They showed up and installed the unit [now 2 days after the initial phone call to him], got the city inspector out to make sure all was good to go, and we are all happy and cooled down before a major heat wave rolls into our area.
