“Today was Super Hot especially for a 72 year old woman. This Company has courteous, helpful employees! I sat on the side of Highway 20 today with a blowout , A man in a White Truck with A Mosby Mechanical sign on it pulled in behind me to help. He said his name was Jack thru his purple face mask, He changed my blown out tire in no time! Even put a piece of cardboard in my trunk for the old tire! My faith in today’s society has somewhat been renewed. Praying for this Man.”

“IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the owner penny brown is rude and unwilling to assist me with a fax number. she has not customer service skills and has no business being an owner. if that is even the truth. i hope your business fails bc with the poor customer relations skills that you express you shouldnt make it. i would not go to this mechanical shop if it was the last one in the US.
