“Came on time. Friendly. Stayed a while. Said condenser coils were filthy and cleaned them (not cleaned at a/c last service, different technician). Brought and installed 1" filters, system designed for 2", last 2 techs brought proper ones. These guys don't supply the detailed report that I got from the last supplier, so not sure what was done. Never came inside. Not sure if air handler coils cleaned, no water residue. These guys are just OK compared to the thorough service provided by the company they took over for.”
