“Payne Mechanical Services were just excellent all the way around. From actually speaking to their service coordinator and the two plumbers that came to my homesite, I received top notch service. The two plumbers I was blessed to work with (sorry I didn't get their names) figured out what the problem was within just a few minutes and a new drain was installed within the hour. They were so quick and efficient, and very professional. I'd call them again in a heart beat if I need anything else! Those in the trade fields, there is such a demand. The two gentlemen helping me, were just the best!! THANK YOU PAYNE MECHANICAL SERVICES!!! It was PLEASURE doing business with you.”

“Would not recommend. Money grab! Had water heater replaced less than a year ago by “Pain” Mechanical and had an issue within a couple months losing hot water. They came out and “fixed” it but never said what the fix was. I had same problem multiple times afterwards but found pilot light had went out and was able to get it lit again. Issue happened again and they came out and fixed issue without prior approval. Then claimed they removed burners from unit and cleaned since they were dirty and cleaned thermal coupler that was dirty as well. All this on a new less than a year old unit. I then called to speak with someone to voice my complaint and was told that Bobby would have to call me back, to which I never received a call. I was never shown the dirty burners or coupler nor did the technician ask for approval to remove and clean. I just received a knock at my door from the technician and he said that will $160. Apparently that’s $60 truck fee and a $100 service call fee.”

“Thank you Payne Mechanical. Special thank you to GM Dusty Kelley and his HVAC team Brandon Barlow and Michael Crutcher for their diligence in installing two new combo units. One in the attic for the upper level and one in (the more difficult) crawl space for the lower level. Both units at extremely quiet. Special thank you to Manager Mark Dudley and his team of plumbing experts. They replaced all the old copper pipes with new water supply PEX piping throughout the house back to the meter. Installed new tankless water heater and even emergency snake service on the drain line after the job was finished. Only through their perseverance , work ethic and dedication did this vintage 1900’s Queen Ann home come truly back to life. They not only worked rain or shine , but also some days well into the evening to stay on schedule. Not to mention the many unforeseen setbacks an old home can conceal. They provided me an excellent service at a fair price. Informative and honest throughout both project’s. As I and my fiancé are new to the area, they treated us like family.
