“Great experience so far with these folks. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, and go the extra mile for their tenants. Helen is awesome and a total joy to work with. Highly recommend!”

“Avoid at All Costs — Truly a Nightmare Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. Renting here was worse than being homeless. From the start, Helen had an attitude every time we interacted. When my AC went out, I was told they “don’t do maintenance,” yet shortly after, they replaced a neighbors AC unit, and they gave her a window unit — who, surprise, just so happens to be best friends with the Helen. The place was roach-infested. I spent hundreds of dollars on pest control, only for the bugs to keep returning. I reported it, hoping management would talk to the likely source of the problem. They promised to keep my name out of it — and then turned around and told the neighbor exactly what I said. That led to constant harassment from her. Eventually, I’d had enough. I stopped paying rent and left, and I don’t regret it for a second. These people are the definition of slumlords and should not be allowed to manage any property.”

“My husband and I rented from Sturkie for almost 3 1/2 years, it was our first house together. We decided to stay there until we bought our first home and we couldn’t have asked for better landlords! Miss Helen was wonderful, if we ever had any issues- and there were maybe 2 the entire time but they were on top of it immediately. I appreciate them so much for the time we spent in that house and would 1000% recommend them- and do!!”

I've been a couple time late on rent and they're nice to work with as long as you communicate. Very nice office staff, understanding of life getting in the way. and new jobs, etc. Just talk to them and they will work with you. Nothing but good to say about them.”

Even while being short staffed on maintenance workers she still does her best to meet all my needs! I love my house, my neighborhood and my experience with this company has been nothing but great.
