“My HVAC had been down for a month, because I was waiting on another company to fix it after I signed financing paperwork. I called Byrum three weeks into a 90 degree house, which is unlivable for a disabled veteran with a large service dog such as myself, and they came out a week later (earliest appointment available). within 2 days of said appointment, my hvac has been fixed. They are prompt, direct, and incredibly professional. Thank you so much for helping when the other company who shall remain unnamed was just letting us melt away.”

“My AC unit was not keeping the house cool. I called Byrum Heating and AC on Friday morning. The scheduler was very pleasant and helpful. They were able to come out the same day. Within 15 minutes the technician diagnosed the problem. I couldn’t remember when the unit was purchased so the technician checked and the unit was under warranty. Thankfully it had about 6 months left. The technician was very knowledgeable, kind and very pleasant to speak with. I also signed up for their twice a year service agreement.
