“We recently had a new unit installed and it's performing beyond what we expected. We have a unique 3 floor home and the biggest issue is removing the humidity. The system airco recommended and installed is working flawlessly. The whole team were great , and kept us informed the whole process and were able to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this company for service to complete install. Their pricing is fair as well . Seriously skip the other guys and call airco today ** We recently had a hiccup with the unit and Jason did a great job addressing the issue and getting us back up and running.”

“I hate leaving negative reviews, but after this experience I feel like people should know what to expect. Last Tuesday our upstairs A/C went out, and I will give credit where it’s due: the Airco technician came out the same day, was professional, and explained that he needed to order a part. Based on our conversation, I expected to hear from someone the next day. Instead…nothing. From that point forward, I was the one chasing Airco. Every time I called, I was routed to what seemed to be a call center that could only tell me the part was “on order.” No one could tell me when it would arrive, when I could expect a call back, or when a technician would return. I was even told I’d probably have to make it through the weekend without air conditioning. Monday came and went with no communicat”

“Coby came & diagnosed A/C problems. He excelled in inspection and options to solve the problems! I Highly recommend Coby as tech and annual service! Later, Jerry came to give me detailed info & options re: new units. He made sure I understood everything. He returned later phone calls from me, and returned physically to give me warranty info, plus took additional pictures of the unit, providing me with data I requested. I highly recommend dealing with Jerry when deciding upon new units!”

“Was at the Home Show last weekend and Home Depot offered a $29 furnace maintenance offer through Airco service. Signed up for it as it was a reasonable price. They called and we made the appointment for 3:00 p.m. Friday. I took off from work early to ensure that I was there when they showed up. At 3:24 the tech had not showed up and no call. I did receive a text that he was going to be late. I said OK, can you give me an estimated ETA. No response. At 4:55 he called and said he could come. I already had plans for 5:00 so I cancelled the service. When I asked for an ETA and got no response was pretty bad. When he tried to show up 2 hours late after I arranged to be here at 3 for him was totally unacceptable. As far as I'm concerned, Airco demonstrated that they were totally unpr”
