About
Dale Bolles Plumbing Inc works out of Lubbock, Texas and handles HVAC and heating services for homes across the area. They manage the tough shifts between hot summers and cold winters that test systems in this part of the state, making sure everything stays operational when residents need it. Based near Santa Fe Drive, they cover quick checks along with complete repairs on heating equipment, moving in without delay or unnecessary discussion to address the problems directly. The location puts them in range for most local calls where weather swings hit units hardest year after year.
The team manages jobs like verifying whether a repair can happen and testing propane lines for leaks, sending out techs such as Patrick and Randall to work through the specifics on location. Zach and Randall handle the physical repairs while Megan and Elizabeth in the office coordinate schedules and dispatch help without lag. Homeowners mention the no-nonsense way these heating and related jobs get done, as owner Randall keeps things on track and prices set to match the actual work involved. This covers everything from fast checks on systems to full fixes that keep homes comfortable through the seasons, with crews confirming equipment status right away and sorting leaks on site.
Customers note the fast response times, solid work by the techs, and fair prices that match the job. Elizabeth once had a crew there within an hour for a line check, and techs like Patrick get recognized for their knowledge of the equipment. Affordable rates and efficient handling bring repeat calls, though issues with drivers ignoring stops near Acme Brick create some negative notes that affect the overall rating. What Customers Say
“I have used this company in the past. Fast efficient and attention to detail. Just used them to confirm if something could be done. They confirmed my suspicion it could not. Patrick , is my go to guy. Randall also came out and absolutely knows what it is to be a Professional Plumber. May not be the cheapest in town. But they are fast and keep their appointments unlike others in this field.”
“Amazing service, affordable rates. The owner Randall runs a tight ship, highly recommend!”
“I appreciate the whole team from the girls that answer the phones, Megan and Elizabeth to Patrick and Zach and Randal -- It has been a pleasure doing business with you. Elizabeth went the extra mile to get someone out to check my propane line for leaks - they were here within an hour of my call. The leaks they found were in OLD black pipe that had rusted through so they recommended replacing the line with poly pipe and suggested I move the tank closer to save cost of ditching and pipe. Because of the projects already committed and scheduled, I dug the trench for the pipe while they scheduled my project. At 8:30 Randal came out to figure out the fastest and most economical way of making the repair. He pressure tested the entrance pipe (above ground) and there were no leaks there so I saved money not having to go under the house to do work there. He laid the poly line into the ditch and was finished by 3:30. I really appreciate the professionalism, courtesy -- I thank them so much for everything they did for me to save me money so I can have hot water again. Sometimes I forget to thank the LORD for small things like warm water but today I thank him and Randal for all the kindness showed me and my family by being so prompt and efficient AND for saving me money in making my repairs. Blessings! Bob M.”
“Not sure if your drivers realize this but there is a stop sign right by the Acme Brick company. Sitting here waiting to unload and I’ve counted at least 4 of your trucks blowing right through it,not even looking.”
“They came and did a detection on my house because I had a leak on the kitchen well they missed the spot for the leak and charge me 300 on the spot so I ended up making 2 big holes because they missed the water leak but when I reported they came and took a picture and didn’t got any response from them I”
