“Stay away from this business for plumbing issues. Highway robbery. I literally had a similar job done by them a few years back for $245 so naturally when I needed this again I called a few days ago and they charged me $625 for same job with an additional shower leak(minor) and their tech took hours to complete and has to have another come bring parts and assist then as leaving toilet still not right and had to come waste more time to fix and blamed it on a cracked overflow pipe. I call bs on that as I had replace all that hardware before them coming out. To make matters worse when my wife called to get explanation for charges they did not provide and claimed their system doesn’t do that. I called today and advised they would have to get info and call me back. Literally hours later I get a call back stating they should have charged me more for all they did. I call bs on this too and advised them that I will never use them again. They should be embarrassed to say they do plumbing work. Hell avoid at all cost. Find an uncle or use another plumber. Smdh”

The associate took my information, called me back within 10 minutes, and dispatched an A/C tech to visit my home between 2PM and 2:30PM. Steven showed up precisely at 2:00PM. Steven was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. His expertise with Carrier A/C systems is extensive, and he was able to explain every issue with my HVAC unit in layman's terms. He also provided multiple, accessible options based on his diagnosis. I am blessed that he was my A/C service man today. I cannot recommend him highly enough.”
