“Our AC is very old and the previous company we called had recommended a total replacement. Keith looked at the unit and all of the other components, even the attic, and actually saved us so much! He recommended replacing the broken part and let us know what else would need to be updated in our home for that or even a new unit to be effective. “I am extremely happy with the service and support I got today! My outside unit fan decided to die at 4pm Friday of Memorial Day weekend. They got a truck out a few hours later and discovered that they didn't have the parts they needed. Saturday morning, he was back out. He clearly explained the pros and cons of several options and a few minor upgrades. It took a few trips to get additional parts, but he got the job done, carefully went over the system, and fixed some minor issues that will help cool the house. I love that he would rather repair than replace when it makes sense instead of the hard sell to update/upgrade I usually get from others. I will use their services again and gladly recommend them to others! Better yet, he gave me a good price.”

“We had recently moved into a new house. We started having some heating issues with our furnace. We had recently moved to Lubbock from out of town. Not having a working relationship with an in-town heating and air conditioning service company, we received a recommendation to contact Hart from someone I felt was knowledgeable in the business. We contacted Hart and they worked us in on the day we called. After thoroughly go through the system, Mike made some recommendations to repair and upgrade the system, with pricing for each item. We followed their recommendations and all the work was done timely and at the quoted price. Approximately two weeks later, we started having heating issues again. Josh promptly came this time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Although the problem this time turned out to be unrelated to the previous problem, Hart replaced the defective part and performed the associated labor for NO cost.
