Hub City Plumbing & Mechanical

Hub City Plumbing & Mechanical runs its operations from Lubbock, Texas, at 2303 120th St. The company focuses on HVAC work as part of its broader mechanical services while also covering plumbing systems. It draws on years of experience in both construction projects and ongoing service calls throughout the region. Local crews handle the demands of West Texas conditions where summer heat and winter cold put heavy loads on equipment. Their portfolio shows steady growth built on name recognition and repeat business from homeowners who need systems that last through dust, wind, and temperature swings.

In Lubbock the summers push past 100 degrees for weeks at a time so crews spend plenty of time on air conditioner repairs and new installations to keep homes cool without spiking electric bills. Winters bring sudden freezes that can knock out furnaces so the same teams handle heating tune-ups and emergency fixes to prevent pipes from bursting or indoor temps from dropping too low. Dust storms clog filters and coils fast which means regular maintenance visits become routine to stop breakdowns during peak seasons. Homeowners often call when units short cycle or fail to hold set temperatures and the crews trace issues back to worn compressors or dirty ductwork before replacing parts and testing the full system for proper airflow.

A 3.22 score from 21 reviews reflects steady results on everyday HVAC jobs where speed matters during heat waves and quality shows in systems that run without constant callbacks. Customers note fair pricing on larger replacements and clear updates during the work so they know what gets fixed and why. The crew earns repeat calls by showing up prepared for the local climate challenges rather than overpromising on timelines. DIRT Score 3.22 from 21 reviews on Finds.
