“I have to share that I absolutely love the fact that Christy Lee & her team @ LoneStar Mobile Med have their patient’s best interest at heart!! They are up front about charges, explain options for private pay or insurance (thank goodness they’ve done the research for their clients), offer services that I NEED (not trying to make an “extra” sale), & are genuinely kind.”

“Referred a friend because Ive only heard good things. She was treated poorly and told that she should know medical practices when it comes to fasting and getting labs. She had to return the next day for labs was charged another co pay. The receptionist and Christy Lee were extremely rude. I wont refer anyone else to this business”

“Extremely angry customer. I was serviced by Lone Star mobile unit on 2/3/19 and was told by PA that I’d receive copay bill as I am an employee at UMC Health System. I did not get better after a few days, so I went to one of the UMC Clinics where PA assessed me and said Lone Star misdiagnosed me. They prescribed something different and I got better. Then, I just now get a bill from Lone Star mobile for $550.00!!! I will not recommend this service to anyone ever! Shame on you, Lone Star!!!!”
