“About ten minutes before this year’s “snowmageddon,” our heater stopped heating. Specs came by, realized the urgency of the situation, and somehow managed to get a part for my 40 year old heating system, so we didn’t freeze. Not only that, but he noticed that in the process of getting a new roof, the exhaust vent for the water heater had slipped down into the house, and he fixed that as well. Literally life-saving, twice in one trip.”
