“EJ performed maintenance service for our furnace. We greatly appreciate his attention to detail and clear communication on each step involved. EJ noted that our driveways was just power washed and kindly parked the van in front of house even though the driveway is long, we are very appreciative of his attention and respect to our home during his service. We had a couple of questions after receiving the service report which EJ kindly addressed with timely follow-up the next morning. We also appreciate Niki’s customer service. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the process and answering all of our questions regarding the HVAC maintenance services. We preferred to have both AC and furnace units serviced during the same time frame but the AC and furnace maintenances are conducted during different climate temperatures. Niki took the initiative to monitor the weather forecast for suitable temperatures and reached out to us to set up the appropriate appointments within one week of each other. We appreciate the transparency of all communications and honest work and had very good experience with McCown.”
