About

Reese Plumbing Heating & A/C works out of Lubbock, Texas, where the crew handles both HVAC repairs and plumbing jobs for homes across the area. They step into everything from regular upkeep to sudden breakdowns caused by the region's intense summer heat and shifting weather patterns. Local houses often face clogged drains from hard water along with air conditioning units pushed hard during peak temperatures, and this crew shows up to tackle those specific problems head on without extra office layers slowing things down. They cover the full range of service calls that come up in Lubbock, keeping systems running through the tough conditions homeowners deal with year after year.

The crew takes on sewer line repairs, water heater restarts after insurance orders, and regular pipe clearings to prevent kitchen floor backups from washing machine use. Brandon once handled an out of town sewer issue by working through the diagnosis over the phone and finishing the full repair in just a couple hours. Other jobs have included resetting water heater pilots and attempting quarterly drain services, though the outcome shifts depending on which technician arrives that day. They manage urgent fixes when systems fail in the heat but also try to keep up with maintenance calls that repeat every few months to stop recurring clogs before they flood floors.

Good jobs from this outfit move fast with straight fixes and reasonable charges that match what was promised. Yet many homeowners report long delays such as two day waits stretching into evening arrivals or four weeks of no callbacks after an air conditioning problem gets narrowed down on the first visit. Technicians have needed guidance on basic steps during drain work and follow up communication often stops after the initial call, which hurts marks on speed and reliability across the board. What Customers Say

Reese Plumbing Heating Brandon was a life saver for me. I’m out of town so we had to set everything up over the phone. He was very professional, prompt, and did an excellent job. I have had sewer problems all week. He figured the problem out, and got the repair done for me in a couple of hours. His price for the job was more than fair. He did a good job of cleaning up as well. I highly recommend Reese Plumbing Heating for any repairs or replacement services you might have.

I used them for plumbing and my air conditioner issues for a couple of years without any problems. Every 3 months they came out to clear my pipes due to water backing up on my kitchen floor when I use my washing machine. The last time they came out the guy didn't know what to do. I had to tell him what to do. He went on my roof to clear out my pipes but he was unable to fix the problem. He suggested that they might have to dig up the kitchen floor to replace the pipes because they were clogged up with the roots from the trees. We starting going to the laundry mat to wash our clothes for months trying to decide what to do next. I finally decided to call another plumber to get a second opinion and to my surprise they were able to clear my pipes. They did not find any tree roots in my pipes. I haven't had anymore problems with my pipes since. I called Reese Plumbing to explain all the trouble we went through because of the guy they sent out but the lady I spoke to didn't show any concern at all. I will never use Reese's Plumbing again

Pilot on my water heater would not stay lit. Called and sent work order from my home ins. And said they were not able to get to it until 2 days later at 1 p.m. they didn't show up until 5:30 p.m. finally arrived....and I explained what the problem was and he literally pushed a reset button and charged me $125.00. Wow!! Really thought they would take care of a customer better than that...I have used them before but this will be the last!!!

Not dependable at all. A/C issues, four weeks ago and after 1 visit narrowed down problem. Supposed to return, after 2 weeks and 4 phone calls still no response. I called again today and Cindy told me I was welcome to find someone else if I wished to!!. Customer service is a big zero and not deserving of anyone’s business. Called another company, Brad LaSalle of AC Tech services responded within 2 hours, confirmed problem and will have a/c in the morning. That’s a respectable way to conduct a business and I highly recommend him

Had them cancel an appointment on us twice. A/C went out, filed claim with warranty. They said this was the company that was going to be dealing with us and handling our ticket. Filed claim on a Thursday, earliest they could come was that Monday. That was fine and we understood. We talk with 2 different representatives and confirmed appointment. Its monday at noon comes by and we haven't heard anything. We call and they said we canceled out appointment. Which we didn't, why would we cancel our own appointment when we've been without A/C in the middle of August going on 5 days now. They said they would come out Wednesday. It's 2pm and we haven't heard anything. We call them and they simply said they wont be able to make it out so we took you off the schedule. This company doesn't even have the decency to call their customers. Wouldn't recommend them, terrible customer service.
