A social worker paid for this service to help a resident, and unfortunately the work was far below professional standards. The photos speak for themselves—trash remained in drawers, cabinets were dirty inside and out, the refrigerator and freezer still had visible debris, and multiple surfaces that were listed on the estimate as “heavy cleaned” were clearly not. Considering the invoice exceeded $4,000, this was unacceptable.I gave them an opportunity to make it right. They stated the fridge was not included in the estimate.
