Once I called the office they were quick to respond and explained that their billing is all done out of their office and they would look into the issue. I had a call back in under twenty four hours ( this is only because I called at the end of the day) and the entire issue was resolved with extreme gratitude in letting them know and they apologized several times for the mistake. We have found that this office truly cares about the entire patient experience. Five stars to this office is a must, from someone who has never given a google review.”
