About
Tony Kent Cotten handles HVAC work for homes across Lubbock, Texas, where he concentrates on keeping air conditioning and heating systems running through the region's harsh swings between scorching summers and sudden winter freezes. As a local specialist tied to Bryant equipment, he covers installations along with ongoing service needs for residents in Lubbock and nearby communities. The flat terrain and frequent dust bring extra strain on filters and coils, so his approach centers on practical fixes that match what houses here actually encounter day to day. Homeowners count on this kind of steady presence because failed units can leave families uncomfortable fast in either extreme.
He performs AC repairs by diagnosing problems like weak airflow or refrigerant leaks, then completes the fixes so the system holds up under peak heat. Furnace service follows the same pattern, with checks on ignition and blowers to prevent breakdowns when temperatures drop. Annual maintenance visits include cleaning coils, testing thermostats, and adjusting settings to cut energy use. These steps keep equipment from NATE-certified crews operating without repeated callbacks, and the work covers both routine tune-ups and full system replacements when older units reach the end of their life. Lubbock properties often need attention to duct sealing because wind carries fine particles that clog components over time.
Customers note reliable arrival times, clear explanations of costs before any work starts, and solid results on both repair speed and overall system performance after service. The score reflects consistent marks on quality of the fixes and fair pricing without surprise charges, plus straightforward communication about what each job requires. Such feedback comes from repeated calls for the same homes, showing the approach holds up across different seasons and equipment types. DIRT Score 4.27 from 18 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“This is private place, we were told they help with fundraising of people they know. Very nice place.”
“Robert Rodgers was very kind and gracious to open his venue for a memorial celebration for Danny Neel, a great friend to many in Texas.”
“We attended Art In The Canyon here and really enjoyed it. There were many lovely artists in attendance! The venue comprises a sizable amount of land, 4 buildings with nice porches and patios, a gravel parking lot and extended parking areas in the grass. There was a short distance in between each building where the path was uneven (stone/gravel or grass) so be aware if you struggle with mobility or have a stroller.”
“Very nice venue for a concert for a small crowd.”
“I love the views around the area. I cannot believe what is there it's like a section of Palo Duro just a few minutes south of Lubbock on Indiana Ave. In its own little bubble.”
